Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I spent hours by email and chat resolving my issue.
They sent me a top I didn't order and wanted me to pay to ship the top back. Eventually they gave in and credited me for the charge and told me I could keep the top. BUT BEWARE...this wasn't an easy feat!
I had to threaten to report them to the FTC AND THE BBB after spending a lot of wasted time. There is no customer service number to call!
I placed an order on November 25th and have received it but I continue being charged for items I didn't order nor did I receive. I have only been able to speak to an actual person once and was told someone would contact me over a week ago and yet money is still being taken out of my bank account.
Now when I call the customer service number provided it goes straight to a recorded message to contact by chat. CHAT DOESN'T OFFER ANY SOLUTION TO MY ISSUE!
I've even attempted to call your corporate headquarters with no response. I expect to hear back from someone within this company within the next 48 hours or I will have no other option but to file a report with the BBB and the FTC.

My refund should have need 126.90 less Shipping of 4.00 should have been a refund of 122.99, (you cant charge me tax on items I am not keeping of 7.23) but I instead received a refund of only 80.00. That is 42.99 short.
Your totals below dont even add up either.
When I call customer service no one answers my calls. Please refund the remaining balance you owe me of 42.99.

I contacted Pacsun on to discuss order: 11220****. I grew confused when 1 of 2 hoodies placed on this order hadnt arrived.
I double checked my emails and tracking, confirming it reflects that 2 hoodies shouldve been in the same package upon delivery. I immediately contacted Pacsun, who stated they would follow up with me once they have an update so a replacement or refund would be processed at that time. I never heard from Pacsun so I decided to make contact with customer service because when trying to place another order for this hoodie since its a gift for my son, the website shows it is now out of stock which made me concerned. It was then that I was informed I must file a police report in order to get this resolved because Im claiming not to have received a delivery.
This is entirely false! Ive made it very clear that I received multiple packages today from Pacsun, one package however didnt contain a hoodie. I will never waste police time or resources to complain about Pacsuns mistake. I expect immediate accountability.
After looking at online reviews this is very much the experience of many loyal customers and Im disappointed in this overall experience. I spend thousands, sometimes monthly at Pacsun in store. This was my first online shopping experience and what a nightmare. I expect an immediate refund for the $160 price tag I spent on the Raglan Hoodie in off black, otherwise I will be filing complaint with FTC and escalating this the media and bank dispute.
I have already filed complaint with BBB.
I shouldve never had to follow up on this matter, an update shouldve been provided as promised without any effort on my part. I cannot continue to support a business that has no integrity and truly hope Pacsun makes this right.

My granddaughter and myself were shopping at the Prime Outlets in Grove City, PA on Memorial Day. We went into your store and saw the advertisement sign that stated "Buy 1 get 2 free" So we found a 2 piece bathing suit and a tee shirt that my granddaughter liked.
She tried it on and wanted it. I said okay because of the sale. I might mention that it was not the only bathing suit on this rack. We proceeded to go to the checkout counter and even though there were customers in the store and we were the only ones at the register counter we had to wait as the 3 associates that were working we all standing there talking.
They had been there since we entered the store. She finally came to wait on us and after she rang the merchandise up she told me it was 46.53!!! I asked how this could be when they were on the rack. She just said they weren't included??
Well they shouldn't have been on that rack then. With 3 associates standing around talking you would think they they could be checking what is on the racks that doesn't belong there as obviously they had plenty of spare time to do this.
I worked in retail for 25 years and if something would happen like this we would either offer the merchandise to them for the advertised price. Apparently the saying that a customer is always right does not apply in this day and age.
